La naturaleza tiende hacia el equilibrio. En ausencia de intervención humana, los ecosistemas y las poblaciones de flora y fauna se autorregulan, corrigen y se adaptan a nuevas circunstancias. Y en esencia, los seres humanos también somos parte de la naturaleza y esos sistemas vivos.
Tierra Sabia es un programa de liderazgo experiencial, diseñado para buscar una conexión con la naturaleza y, a partir de este punto, reconectarse con uno mismo y con los demás, encontrando herramientas de liderazgo regenerativo para navegar los retos complejos e inciertos de este tiempo.
Ha sido diseñado en colaboración entre "Easy Day", "Fundación Germina" y "The BioLeadership Project", y la tercera edición tendrá lugar del 1 al 4 de octubre de 2024.
Además, Tierra Sabia tiene el propósito de crear un movimiento de cambio sistémico entre organizaciones dentro del tercer sector que transforme la forma en que las organizaciones trabajan y colaboran, reconectando con la naturaleza y adoptando un enfoque regenerativo en su campo.

Este programa es para líderes que trabajan en organizaciones del tercer sector con impacto social, impacto ambiental, educación o innovación que están tratando de crear un cambio en sus organizaciones y las comunidades a las que sirven.
