Bio-Leadership-Practice-Team-Andres-Roberts

Andres has worked for 20 years with themes of wholeness, systems-change, responsibility and connection across many areas of life and work. He leads work with organisations such as Patagonia, Natura & Co, Aviva Investors and more. He was a catalyst and is now a project lead for the Philanthropy Lab - an initiative helping funders collaborate towards ‘Economies in Service to Life’. He has helped initiate programmes such as ‘OD For Life’  helping consultants act to care for the planet. Most deeply, he is a Nature Quest guide - helping people reconnect and transform through profound immersions in nature. His favourite place in nature is in the sea and in Welsh mountains; in being a husband and Dad, in remembering his Colombian roots, and watching Everton Football Club.

Tom is a 2022 Bio-leadership Fellow and now leads in creating moments where all cohorts come together to connect, learn and collaborate. He achieves this through the facilitation of peer-led workshops as well as inviting guest speakers to discuss special topics.

His favourite place in nature are the woods of Exmoor in southwest England. For him, these ancient oak forests still hold a special magic. He loves the Bio-leadership community for putting 'relationships first' and co-weaving a rich fabric of resilient, regenerative connections - not unlike the trees themselves.

“Going through the fellowship immediately felt like coming home, I had to stay and get involved in gardening the ecosystem”
