The Bio-Leadership Project has been an amazing initiative and experiment in nature-centred forms of leadership for a decade.
We have worked with courageous people and organisations, launched an extraordinary global fellowship, and supported new programmes and projects, including the Earth Funding Lab and OD For Life.
In early 2026 we made the decision to close our core fellowship programme. The Fellowship remains alive as a self-organising global movement, dedicated to working as a ‘mycelium’ supporting nature-centred projects. Bio-Leadership Fellows continue to connect today, developing and growing beautiful projects and collaborations that do amazing things to care and restore life.
In 2025 we also incorporated a Bio-Leadership Cooperative (BiCo) as a new home for nature-centred businesses.
Andres Roberts, founder of the Bio-Leadership Project, has set up a new project — Life System Studio —
to support a new cycle of leadership circles and life-centred work.
